In April 2023, Tevin Tobun had the great privilege of being inducted into the 37th Morehouse College Martin Luther King Board of Sponsors, an honor bestowed upon individuals who have made significant contributions to business and social impact.
Located in Atlanta, Georgia, Morehouse College is a historically black liberal arts university with a legacy of producing influential leaders, including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Spike Lee, and prominent congressmen and entrepreneurs.
With its rich and vital history, Morehouse has played a pivotal role in shaping the lives of countless black individuals, many of whom have gone on to make significant contributions to the civil rights movement in the USA. The university continues to produce extraordinary leaders, visionaries and pillars of the community.
Tobun’s recognition was primarily for his significant charitable contributions and philanthropic endeavours, in addition to the social impact of his businesses.
